What has Tailored Strides done to help you achieve your running goals?

Since joining Tailored Strides, in one year I was able to have new personal bests from the 8k all the way to the marathon. They have been able to answer any questions I've had whether it's based on workouts or simply something running related. They also worked with me with any changes I've had based on my daily life which was a big help. I fully believe if Mother Nature didn't have an impact on a majority of my races, I'd have ran even better due to great training plans I've been prescribed.
